Hailey is a dedicated CrossFit Coach with over 8 years of experience helping clients of all fitness levels unlock their full potential. Hailey’s approach blends high-intensity functional training with personalized coaching to build strength, endurance, and confidence inside and outside the gym.

With a background in physical therapy for 10 years, 8 years as a practicing PTA, she focuses on modifications to ensure safe technique, and proper form throughout all movements. She plans to create a supportive community that challenges and motivates each person who walks in the doors of Train 190 Fitness. Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or chasing elite performance goals, she is here to push, guide, and inspire every rep of the way.

Jodi is a 43-year-old mother of three, a Level 1 CrossFit coach, and the proud owner of her gym. She has been doing CrossFit for over 7 years, and while her body’s taken its share of hits, she’s learned the power of modifying, adapting, and still showing up. Helping people whether in the gym, at home, or in business, isn’t just what she does, it’s who she is. She believes there’s a method to the madness, and she loves guiding others to find theirs. Strength comes in many forms, and she’s here to help you find yours.

His journey into fitness began from a place many people can relate to–being a bigger person who felt out of sync with his health and overwhelmed as to where to even begin his fitness journey. That’s ultimately where he found his love for CrossFit and fitness. Through years of discipline, learning, and relentless drive, he not only transformed his own life but discovered a deep passion for helping others do the same. Today, he combines personal experience with professional expertise to create a welcoming, motivating space where people of all backgrounds can build strength, confidence, and lasting change. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting out Derek is committed to guiding you toward your best self both physically and mentally.

Eric has been doing CrossFit for 10 years and has been through the L1 course twice. Through CrossFit he found a fitness program that yields consistent results for him and others. Helping others achieve fitness no matter their age or athletic background is what drives his passion for coaching. At Train 190 he looks forward to helping even more athletes reach fitness goals they did not deem possible.

Zach is a fun-loving and energetic CrossFit coach with 8 years of experience in the sport and 5 years of coaching under his belt. Known for his love of skill movements and Olympic lifts, he’s all about helping others move well and feel strong—both in and out of the gym. Whether breaking down complex movements or cheering someone through their last rep, Zach brings a mix of focus and fun to every class. His mission is to build confidence, celebrate progress, and create a space where athletes of all levels feel seen, supported, and empowered through functional movement.
